Destinations and charges

We currently deliver to Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Tracked delivery costs CHF 6.90. The applicable amount and currency are shown before you confirm your order.

Processing and delivery

Allow generally 1–3 business days for preparation, followed by 8–20 business days in transit. These times are estimates. If there is a delay, we will inform you and you can contact us to discuss the available solutions.

Products are shipped directly by our partners, including from China. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels. Total delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Tracking and import formalities

Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Depending on the destination and amounts already collected at checkout, the authorities or carrier may request import taxes, customs duties or clearance fees upon receipt.
