Changing your mind

You have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to return an item, without giving a reason. Email leandrolourenco98ps@gmail.com with your order details and the relevant items. We will provide instructions and the return address.

Return the items within 14 days after notifying us. You pay the direct return costs when changing your mind. No restocking fee applies. You may inspect the product; a reduction in value caused by handling beyond that inspection may be taken into account.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of your notification. We may wait until we receive the items or proof of dispatch. For a full-order return, the original standard delivery charge is also refunded.
